A FEW SHARED EXPECTATIONS

Terms of use.

Daylight is a free daily planner provided by Neputer. These terms describe the basis on which you can use the service.

Using Daylight

Use the planner lawfully and respect other people’s accounts and data. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, send abusive traffic, or use it to store or distribute unlawful material. Access that threatens the service or other users may be restricted.

Your account and content

You keep ownership of the task content you enter. You allow Neputer to store and process it only as needed to operate the planner and provide account sync. Keep your Google account or password secure, and use only accounts you are entitled to access.

Saving your plans

Guest tasks are stored on your device. Account sync depends on a working connection and can require you to resolve conflicting changes. Export backups of information you need to keep. Daylight is not designed for emergencies or situations where a missed task could cause serious harm.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Daylight useful and reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent storage. Features and these terms may change. Updated terms will appear on this page; review them when returning to the service.

Privacy and leaving

Our privacy notice explains data handling. You can stop using Daylight, export your planner, and delete your account through Manage account. Clear site data on your devices to remove their local copies.
